Once you convert the files using Zamzar, you have several options below:
Rename and save your converted Zamzar video files in the Media server. (See explanation below) OR
Upload the files to a wiki, blog or other web-based location to store your videos. (Drop.io, etc.) OR
Save the files to your flashdrive. OR
Burn the files onto a disc.
MEDIA SERVER - Berea City Schools - A media server has been set up to store video files ( which tend to be large files) for access for all buildings. Every night the H drives and G drives are backed up and saved for a number of days - in case something happened to files, we could go back to the saved files and restore them. If teachers have video files in H drives, it takes longer for the backup to occur. And perhaps many of the science teachers have the same videos saved, the backup is duplicating efforts. So it makes sense to have one location for all video files to be saved. I will get you the address and post it here.
